Mazar Rashid Mohammed Jalal has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, covering Asset Management, Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Compliance. Prior to joining BisB, he was Head of Compliance at Kuwait Finance House, Bahrain.
Mazar has had an extensive experience with various Central Bank regulators in the field of compliance and corporate governance, AML Frameworks & systems, and FATCA, among others. His main areas of interest includes corporate governance, regtech, digital banking, business intelligence, AI, digital forensic and bot technologies. Mazar is found of designing technological solutions to simplify banking while ensuring utmost regulatory compliance.
He has been extensively engaged in developing digital onboarding of retail customers using mobile application with two out of four providers in the entire Kingdom of Bahrain.

Vikram Babbar (FCA, CFE, CAMS) is a Partner & FCC Lead, AML CoE, India at EY Forensics and Integrity Services with around 18 years of professional experience.
Vikram has worked closely with Financial Services Regulators across the regions in the area of Fraud and Financial Crime Compliance, Sanctions & Regulatory Compliance audits and has delivered training program for regulators in the area of forensic investigations of corporate borrowers.
He has been involved in engagements with various organizations involving Financial Crime Compliance transformation, setup & implementation of fraud risk management framework, supporting organizations with implementation of tools & technology enablers around KYC Due Diligence & Risk Scoring, Sanctions compliance, AML & Fraud risk transaction monitoring as well as detection of early warning signals. He has also suggested innovative methodologies using RPA & Automation in the area of Financial Crime Compliance.
